Brenda T. Bodnar

 

Experience and Practice Areas:

 

Ms. Bodnar is well-versed in business and commercial law, having represented clients in contract negotiations and drafting.  She has worked with many closely held businesses, taking them from start-up to acquisitions, and through loans, financings and refinancings, debtor-creditor, employment and sales related matters, and both equity and asset sales.  Her representation includes real estate and leasing, as well as a broad range of litigation matters, and probate services, including wills, trusts and estate planning and administration.

Algis Sirvaitis

 

Experience and Practice Areas:

 

Algis Sirvaitis brings a wealth of experience in the law, having practiced in the Cleveland area since 1966.  He is well versed in many areas of the law, and currently focuses his practice on the following areas:

 

      • Wills and Trusts

      • Probate Administration of Estates and Guardianships

      • Elder Law and Medicaid

      • Federal Taxation

 

Education:

 

Algis Sirvaitis is a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, John Carroll University with a B.A. in History.  He was a teacher at St. Edward’s High School and worked in the Legal Department of Juvenile Court while attending Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. in 1966.

Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Member: Probate Committees of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.

Egidijus Marcinkevicius

 

Experience and Practice Areas:

 

Egidijus Marcinkevicius brings 30 years of litigation experience to his areas of practice.  He has successfully completed over 100 trials as an assistant county prosecutor, as plaintiff’s counsel in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as trial counsel in complex business litigation, and as trial counsel in will contests and related probate court actions.  Areas of practice include:
